You can force the license issue and not wait but simply updating your license as you said in Step 1. Just be sure that you changed your channel prior to updating the license. If that does not work, you might have to redeploy office from the Office portal. I had a similar issue with copilot buttons missing from Powerpoint and ended up having to reinstall. I don't believe that feature exists yet. You could make a feature request https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-copilot-for-service/idb-p/MicrosoftCopilotService-Ideas . Hi, Can you elaborate what you mean by My copilot is PIN? Assuming you have the licenses for Copilot for M365( not just Copilot), a good way to check would be to go to Office.com. Once you are there, if you see Copilot, it will mean that you are licensed for Copilot for M365. If that is the case, you can try to update your license by going to file, account, update license as shared by Chris. My assumption would be no. Given that copilot follows the same content access restrictions as your apps in Microsoft 365. So blocked emails would not be able to be accessed. I tested it in my environment to check if it would have access to the emails in my junk mail folder. It can summarize an item in the junk mail folder however is unable to craft a response unless it is moved out to a different folder. If I am reading your question correctly, you are looking for this setting on your teams client. If that is the case, that is not where this setting is. It is in the teams admin portal. If you are a teams admin for your tenant, you should be able to get to it by going to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/ . Once you are there, it is under the voice section and then calling policies. AshishJaviya Hi, I believe the data is stored within the form. You should be able to go into responses and delete any response. If you are looking to have an online document with all the responses like in an Excel file then, you need to begin with an online excel file. One you are in your excel document, you can insert a new form and when you do that, all your responses are then stored in your online excel document. Hope this helps! Hi, While I do not have any recommendations on folder structure without knowing what sort of data is in there. Here is what I will say, I would look into why search is not working. Has the end user tried using OWA to do a search? Can you share what version of Outlook the end user is using? Is the account in cached mode? Is all the data being downloaded so you are looking at all email items? Hi, I am sure there is a much smarter formulaic method to do this but here is a crude way to do it. If you were to create a column 7 which is a concat of column 1 and column 5 (assuming you are looking for duplicates where col 1 and col 5 match). Then use conditional formatting in column 7 to look for duplicates. The rows that are then highlighted with your conditional formatting colors are rows with duplicate values. I am thinking a future of revision of driver set from Asrock should remedy the issue. You can also try to see if you can create a separate boot partition, load Windows 10 and see if the issue goes away and if so then the issue is with the drivers and its compatibility with Win 11. Got it. From the event log, it looks like a potential hardware failure. Are you able to get your hands on a USB BT dongle and try that? I have a strong feeling that that would resolve your issue (having disabled the built in BT from device manager). Best, Bp4.6KViews0likes4Comments
