Unable to access https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com
Hello I have an organization that is a valid TSP. They want to access and usehttps://cdx.transform.microsoft.com/ but they are presented with the error message: Not Authorized Oops! It looks like you do not have permissions to access this page. We looked but we couldn't find your login [email address] associated to a Microsoft partner organization. How do they fix this? Who provides access? Regards Chintan PatelSolvedBest way to get Copilot for custom training sessions
Hi everyone I need to deliver a custom Copilot for Microsoft 365 course and require Copilot for Microsoft 365 licenses for the attendees. I need about 10 licenses. What's the best way to get Copilot for Microsoft 365 licenses for the training session? Regards Chintan PatelCopilot for MCTs
I participated in the February 2024 Training Services Partner Community Call (TSPCC) about an hour ago, where numerous Copilot courses and Applied Skills Assessments were announced. However, a critical concern remains unaddressed: the accessibility of Copilot for Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) to effectively teach these courses and conduct assessments. The current guidance of "Bring your own subscription" (which was provided to me as a response in the TSPCC Q & A today) for training organizations is impractical and does not align with the needs of MCTs and training service providers (TSPs). The lack of a feasible solution for accessing Copilot presents a significant barrier to entry, particularly for individual trainers and small to medium-sized TSPs. The financial burden of procuring a Copilot license, with its substantial upfront cost and lack of a monthly payment option, is a deterrent to many, including myself and many TSPs in my region. This situation creates an uneven playing field, favoring larger enterprise TSPs capable of acquiring multiple licenses, thereby monopolizing the market and client base. It is imperative to recognize that the demand for instructor-led training in Copilot is high, with students seeking guidance and consultation in navigating this revolutionary tool. The self-learning route is not a viable alternative for all learners. I urge Microsoft WWL to expedite the development of a solution that provides MCTs with complimentary access to Copilot, enabling us to deliver the high-quality training that is in demand. The current model is not sustainable and risks alienating a significant portion of the training community. It is crucial for Microsoft WWL to address this issue promptly to ensure the successful rollout of Copilot courses and to maintain the integrity and inclusivity of the MCT program.Achieving KPIs for New Courses
In the January 2024 Title Plan, there are 99 courses that a TSP can possibly offer as outlined below: 20 x Applied Skills Assessments: 64 x Exams / Certifications: AI-102T00 AI-900T00 AZ-104T00 AZ-120T00 AZ-140T00 AZ-204T00 AZ-305T00 AZ-400T00 AZ-500T00 AZ-600T00 AZ-700T00 AZ-800T00 AZ-801T00 AZ-900T00 DP-100T01 DP-203T00 DP-300T00 DP-420T00 DP-500T00 DP-600T00 DP-900T00 MB-210T01 MB-220T00 MB-230T01 MB-240T00 MB-260T00 MB-300T00 MB-310T00 MB-320T00 MB-330T00 MB-335T00 MB-500T00 MB-700T00 MB-800T00 MB-820T00 MB-910T00 MB-920T00 MD-100T00 MD-101T00 MD-102T00 MS-100T00 MS-101T00 MS-102T00 MS-203T00 MS-220T00 MS-500T00 MS-600T00 MS-700T00 MS-720T00 MS-721T00 MS-740T00 MS-900T01 PL-100T00 PL-200T00 PL-300T00 PL-400T00 PL-500T00 PL-600T00 PL-900T00 SC-100T00 SC-200T00 SC-300T00 SC-400T00 SC-900T00 15 x Listed as N/A So, in the current KPI model, a TSP is only able to claim for the 64 exams / certifications. However, Microsoft also releases many courses that don’t have exams or a certification such as the 15 listed above, or now with the applied skills assessments, where there are already 20 of them, and I suppose we can anticipate more to be released. If a TSP conducts training on everything other than the exams / certifications, does it achieve any KPIs? If not, what is the incentive from the TSP KPI achievement perspective to offer the courses? 54.7% of the total 99 courses available are then potentially not beneficial to TSPs in any way if KPIs can’t be earned from them. I want to do conduct a Microsoft 365 Copilot course for a TSP in the next few weeks and I have identified so far that only these courses will count for redemption for an achievement code: MS-900 The TSP will only get half a credit for this. There are also these courses: MS-012 MS-4004 MS-4006 But will the TSP get anything for these courses? Hope some clarity can be provided the TSP is going in with regards to this Regards Chintan PatelSolvedA letter verifying an organization is a Microsoft Partner
Hello I have a Microsoft Learning Partner who signed up as a Microsoft Action Pack Learning Partner this year requesting a letter showing they are a valid and verified Microsoft Learning Partner. In the "Benefits" section of the Partner Portal, there is no letter generation capability. In the previous Partner Program, there was the ability to download a letter if you were a silver or gold partner and that functionality has come through onto the partner portal for the new program. But a new partner here needs to submit a letter stating they are a Microsoft Learning Partner for a government tender. If the functionality of creating a letter is not available, how do they prove that they are a Microsoft Learning Partner? CCJillArmourSetting up a Pearson Partner Store Account
Hi everyone I thought I'd like to give feedback here on the experience of setting up a Partner Store account with Pearson, ccDanDonohue. Despite successfully setting up the account early on June 20, 2023, when I tried to do my first transaction on July 11, I was met with an error that my Microsoft Partner Location ID was invalid. I am based in South Africa. It took 7 days and 3 emails to get this resolved.I was unable to make any purchases during this time and this meant I had to halt and delay my training for a whole week. Hi On the Pearson Partner Store, there is the following product available to purchase: Microsoft ARB Certification Exam Replay Voucher - LP Program Is this the same thing as a standard voucher + retake? So, if a candidate fails the first time, a retake will be available immediately? Or is this a different product?
