We have already enrolled the Training service partner. Now we are looking in to 3 parameters ie: Courseware completions. Exam unit purchases. Average response score. So associating an MCT learn profile in partner center will give the scores in above three parameters. Basically we need to achieve the above 3, we need to know what are the pre-requisites and steps to achieve the achievement code. Please let us know do we need to link the MCT account (created with personal account ie: Gmail) in partner center.I Can't find My PL 300 Certification in MS Learn Portal
Hello Team, Hope you are all doing well. I have completed my PL 300 Cerfification on August 16th from the Pearson VUE partner. And I have received an email from the MS with "Congratulations on passing your Exam: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst exam!". But, I was not able to see the cerficate from the MS Learn Profile. And following are the details for the examination. Candidate Name : SUNEEL SUGGALA Registered Email Address : email address removed for privacy reasons Date of PL 300 Certification : Saturday, August 16, 2025 Please do the needful. Regards, Suneel SuggalaAugust 27 Update: Issue with Achievement Code Creation
August 27 Update: Engineering is working on this and the right people are involved. Not to get too into the weeds, but it's a database migration issue across two distinct teams. They understand the urgency, and I'll bring you more updates as soon as I receive them. August 14 Update: The issue has been identified. I do not yet have a time to resolution to share but will update here when I know more. August 8 Update: We are aware there is an issue with newly onboarded partners attempting to access achievement codes for the first time. We are working on the issue but do not currently have timing on a solution. I will update here when more information becomes available. Thanks.Seeking Advice on Renewing TSP Designation as a Solo MCT
Hi everyone, I’ve recently registered as a Solutions Partner for Training Services (TSP) and I’m currently reviewing the annual renewal requirements. As a solo MCT, I’m trying to understand whether it’s realistically feasible to meet the thresholds independently, or if collaboration is essential. The renewal criteria include: 2. 1,000 course completion units 3. 200 exam units For someone operating solo, these numbers seem quite high. For example, delivering a course like AI-102 would require 1,000 successful student surveys in a year to meet just one requirement. I’d love to hear from others who’ve navigated this: 1. Has anyone renewed the TSP designation without partnering with a larger organization? 2. What strategies helped you meet the course and exam unit goals? I’m evaluating whether to pursue the renewal path independently or explore strategic partnerships. Any insights or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your support. Updated July 26, 2025 As we step into FY26 on July 1st, 2025, I want to share some important updates regarding the MCT Program—especially for those planning to renew. New Fees Coming October 2025, no exact date and the cost will be shared at a later date. Starting July 1st, 2025, we will introduce: A renewal fee (ecommerce tool will be available in October 2025 for everyone to renew) A new MCT enrollment fee (ecommerce tool will be available in October 2025 for new MCTs) Our systems are currently being updated to support this change, with the new tool expected to launch in October 2025. More to come on costs. Pricing will be region supported. Session Requirement for Renewal Effective January 1st, 2026, MCTs will be required to complete six (6) sessions or six (6) days of training per calendar year to qualify for renewal. For clarity on what qualifies as a session, please refer to the attached PDF: Mandatory Use of MTM We will be enforcing stricter requirements for using Metrics That Matter (MTM) to log sessions with your Training Services Partner (TSP). Please coordinate with your TSPs to ensure MTM is being used correctly. What to Expect Next More details on program costs will be shared closer to the tool’s release. All MCTs that were MCTs before manual enrollment have been extended through January 1st, 2026, with full benefits. You’ll see this extension reflected in your profile in your MCT Trainer History NOT active certification. All current MCTs will be able to renew when the tool is available in October 2025 and the requirement to renew will be to have an active certification and have taught one class since your last renewal and pay the renewal fee (costs to come later). We will be checking that you have taught the one class using MTM. New MCTs will need ISC certificate, one role-based active certification and pay the MCT new enrollment fee. Here’s to a successful and impactful FY26!MSl Redemption codes not reflecting
Hi. I represent a TSP in the EMEA region and for the last 3 weeks of July, we have had several redemption codes on appearing when pulling reports to verify with our attendance and course redemptions. Because of the changes in the support process, we have been hitting one brick wall after the other: The previous way for us to log a support request is no longer available (correct me if I am wrong) I have reviewed this page before I created the support request and this was the link I found for support requests. Nowhere did it say it is MCT only. I have reviewed all the links and an escalation path for this is either hidden so well or not there that I could find Is the TSP forum then the correct escalation path?
