The MCT Portal is available BUT currently in a PILOT PHASE! To enable this pilot, we’ve set up a public link for early access. However, the portal has not been officially announced yet, and we kindly ask that you hold off on directing MCTs to renew or enroll for about one week. We’re working through a few bugs to ensure the best possible user experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we finalize these improvements. We’ll share an official announcement soon—stay tuned! MCT Program Team.Checking If It’s Okay to Post a Training Partnership Idea in MCT Spaces
Dear Community Leaders, I hope this message finds you well! I’m reaching out to ask if it would be appropriate to share a post in the MCT Community or MCT Longue regarding an initiative I’m developing under the Microsoft XIAD program. The concept is to invite fellow MCTs—particularly those not currently affiliated with a TSP—to collaborate on future training events. While paid opportunities may not be available at the outset, we’re committed to offering visibility and recognition. One way we plan to do this is by featuring trainer profiles and their specialties on our website, helping build credibility and exposure for participating MCTs. As part of this initiative, I’m planning to organize a one-day event each quarter, and I’m looking to collaborate with five certified MCTs who hold any of the following certifications: PL300, DP100, DP203, DP600, DP700, PL200, PL400, PL600 The goal is to foster meaningful partnerships and create a space where trainers can align with our mission and potentially engage in future work. I’d love to start this conversation in a transparent and inclusive way, and I believe the MCT Café could be a great place to gauge interest and gather feedback. Please let me know if this type of post would be welcome, or if there’s a preferred channel or format for sharing such ideas. Warm regards, vk2 MCT & Head of TSP.Announcing: AI Office Hours for Microsoft Partners in the DACH Region

I participated in the February 2024 Training Services Partner Community Call (TSPCC) about an hour ago, where numerous Copilot courses and Applied Skills Assessments were announced. However, a critical concern remains unaddressed: the accessibility of Copilot for Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) to effectively teach these courses and conduct assessments. The current guidance of "Bring your own subscription" (which was provided to me as a response in the TSPCC Q & A today) for training organizations is impractical and does not align with the needs of MCTs and training service providers (TSPs). The lack of a feasible solution for accessing Copilot presents a significant barrier to entry, particularly for individual trainers and small to medium-sized TSPs. The financial burden of procuring a Copilot license, with its substantial upfront cost and lack of a monthly payment option, is a deterrent to many, including myself and many TSPs in my region. This situation creates an uneven playing field, favoring larger enterprise TSPs capable of acquiring multiple licenses, thereby monopolizing the market and client base. It is imperative to recognize that the demand for instructor-led training in Copilot is high, with students seeking guidance and consultation in navigating this revolutionary tool. The self-learning route is not a viable alternative for all learners. I urge Microsoft WWL to expedite the development of a solution that provides MCTs with complimentary access to Copilot, enabling us to deliver the high-quality training that is in demand. The current model is not sustainable and risks alienating a significant portion of the training community. It is crucial for Microsoft WWL to address this issue promptly to ensure the successful rollout of Copilot courses and to maintain the integrity and inclusivity of the MCT program.⏳Last Call for Microsoft Partners in Switzerland!⏳

I'm not sure, whether this is the correct place for some suggestions for the above kit. Although great update & kit, new toolkit is not 100% up-to-date when it comes to certifications: TSP - e-book, infographics: MS-500 and related certification was retired almost two years ago: Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate certification and Exam MS-500 retiring | Microsoft Community Hub SC-400 will be retired tomorrow. SC-401 and especially new Information Security Administrator Associate has already been updated in Certification Poster (https://aka.ms/CertPoster). Name of certification not 100% correct in materials MS poster 2 - Cybersecurity architects training journey.pptx has same (AZ-104 Azure Admin) content as MS poster 1 - Azure administrator training journey.pptx Also, there are some materials with Copilot for Security which has been rebranded to Security Copilot.🚀 Microsoft Partners in Switzerland - Only 10 Days Left to Submit Your Nominations!
