Partner Center Verification keeps getting rejected
I am trying to get my company verified in Microsoft Partner Center but I keep getting rejected because I originally signed up for MS 365 and Entra using my common first name (Randy), but when I upload my ID it contains my legal first name (Randall). I have changed my name in Azure and MS 365, but in the partner center > Account Settings > Legal Info it still shows Randy . After changing my name to Randall in MS 365 and Azure I tried to verify again and was rejected for the second time. I reached out to support but they just keep sending me instructions to go to the partner center and select "Fix Now". This link just takes to the page to upload my ID. If I get rejected for a 3rd time I will be unable to attempt again, I will be permanently rejected. Support doesn't respond other than to keep sending me the same link and it takes 5 days every time I explain the situation to them again. I need help clearing my common name in Partner Center Legal Info and anyplace else that is linked to Partner Center, I am losing revenue due to this and it's been about 4 weeks of trying to resolve the issue. My account ID is:7126119COCP
I got questions with regards to the Change Of Channel Partner (COCP) rule which has been introduced with the start of the new FY of MSFT. When is COCP being enforced? Is that already with the start of FY27? For transfers executed prior to start COCP will the partners still earn incentives after start date COCP? Eg. start date being July 1st, but the transfer was executed in April. Will the new partner keep earning their incentives after July? n When executing a CSP transfer, both the license costs and incentives are fully prorated. Eg. existing partner received a annual payment in September 2026 (getting full year costs and full year incentives) and executes a CSP transfer in December, they get credit of 8 months costs but also need to return the incentives for 8 months. Everything is prorated. Now with COCP the new partner would not earn the Core/Strategic incentives anymore, thus the new partner only get the 8 months costs, but not the 8 months of incentives. Is this correct? A Reseller switching between Disti's is considered COCP and thus won't be earning any Core/Strategic incentives anymore. Does this apply to both the existing Reseller and new Disti? During the community call yesterday it was mentioned that the only focus is on growth with regards to incentives. Resellers might be switching from a transactional Disti (one that doesn't support growth) to a added-value Disti (one that does support additional growth). But due to COCP guidelines, this is now strongly discouraged and punished by MSFT. Why are Resellers being punished for such a Disti switching, by loosing their Core/Strategic incentives? Same goes for customer tenants switch from partner to partner. The new partner would not earn any Core/Strategic incentives anymore, even though they might be the better partner for that customer to increase up- and cross-sell (realize growth). Now the new partner is being punished for being the better partner and taking over the customer tenant. Why? Hope to get some insights on how COCP will actually work, and the thoughts behind it from MSFT on why they introduced it. Hello, My Microsoft Edge Add-ons developer enrollment in Partner Center was blocked by the automated "Runs on Trust" system at the registration/vetting step. The exact message was: "Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked." I can't raise this through the normal channel: after the block, Partner Center shows no workspaces, and the support intake for this topic ends at "Sign in to Partner Center to provide issue details" — the very resource the block locks me out of. Could someone please escalate this to the Partner Center Vetting / Trust & Safety team for a manual review? I'm happy to provide any identity or business-verification documents required. My Microsoft Partner Center account is stuck at Legal > Developer > Identity Verification, with the Verification Status consistently showing "Rejected". I have two key questions regarding the identity information submission for AU10TIX verification: 1. Does the contact person name filled in the account need to exactly match the legal name of the account holder? 2. What standard information must be provided to prove the submitter is the legitimate account owner and successfully trigger AU10TIX identity authentication? I have already submitted a support ticket for this issue, but the only reply I received via email simply stated that my submitted information was incorrect, without specifying which fields or content failed the review. I am still unable to identify the exact error in my submission and cannot complete the identity verification process. Could anyone share the correct filling standards for identity verification materials, or advise on how to resolve this persistent rejected status?Learner Achievement Code Outlook Account Retrieval
Hello Members, Is there a way to retrieve the Microsoft Learn administrator Outlook account (find the email address) that was used for registering for Learner Achievement Code? Is it possible to check using the MPN Location ID or other details? Thank YouAre You Having Achievement Code Issues?
July 1 - Hi all, I've seen a few posts regarding sudden issues in generating achievement codes. If this is an issue for you can you please reply to this with the course you're trying to generate and the approximate time you tried to generate? Trying to determine the scope of the problem. If you previously had an issue but it appears to be resolved now, please let me know that as well. Thanks, DanBlocked during MAICPP partner enrollment - reference 715-123160
Hello, I'm trying to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP), but my enrollment was blocked immediately after submitting my company information, with an automated trust check message. Because the enrollment was blocked at this stage, no Partner Center workspace was created for me, so I'm unable to open a support ticket through the normal in-portal method. Details of my case: - Reference number: 715-123160 - Transaction ID: 52601ebe-8eaf-4282-b462-120fc7e2d9fe - Legal company name: DOVOCOM - Tenant ID: 9079181e-d59a-4ae6-91a6-dd9c9d0325e6 - Tenant domain: DOVOCOM391.onmicrosoft.com - Sign-in email: email address removed for privacy reasons I have my legal documentation ready to provide (company registration/incorporation document, valid for more than 2 months), and I want to make sure the legal name and registered office address I've entered match exactly what's on file. Could someone please escalate this to the Partner Trust & Safety / Vetting team for a manual review, or let me know what specifically triggered the automated block so I can correct it? Thank you for your time and help. Best regards, William SIMON Gérant +33612155786TSP Onboarding and Partner Center Access Questions- GSI Microsoft Partner
Hi There, Quick question regarding our Microsoft TSP onboarding. We submitted our onboarding request on June 5, 2026, but did not receive any updates until today (July 2, 2026), when my Microsoft GSI Skilling Lead helped connect me with your internal team. At that point, someone confirmed that our organization has now been onboarded as a TSP. My question is: Should we expect to see any changes in Partner Center once the onboarding is completed? For example: Should a TSP section or tab become available? Should we now see an option to purchase the TSP Action Pack or is that optional? Are there any Partner Center permissions or configurations that still need to be completed on our side? Additionally, I have a team in South Africa asking me to grant them access to Partner Center so they can manage TSP-related activities and track metrics. Before I proceed, I'd like to understand whether that access is actually required and whether I'm heading in the right direction. Could someone please provide some guidance on the expected next steps and what we should be seeing in Partner Center following the onboarding? Thank you in advance for your help.Unlock Channel Growth in Australia with Multiparty Private Offers through Marketplace

Hi all, As mentioned in the last community call, we're seeing some users get an "Access Restricted" error when they try to access the Training Services Partner dashboard on Partner Center. This is not impacting your KPIs, just your view to those KPIs. Thanks to everyone who messaged me with their details after the call. I've compiled the errors and sent to the engineering team for further investigation. I will update you here when there is news to share.Request for Country-Level Access in LPxP

Hello partners, We've spent the last few months collecting feedback to evolve our recording policy. Our goal is to open up opportunities for TSPs to record and distribute content to meet the learners where they are - which is not always live, instructor-led training. At the same time, we've aimed to strike the right balance by continuing to support MCTs to promote fair compensation and ensuring their perspectives remain integral to the process. Below you'll find the new recording policy, effective immediately. This language will be incorporated into our TSP Program Guidelines document on the Learning Resources site in the near future. We'll review this language on the June 24th Community Call. Please let me know if you have any questions. Updated Recording Policy Microsoft Training Services Partners (TSPs) are permitted to record, distribute, and otherwise monetize Microsoft training content in formats that best serve their learners, provided they meet the requirements below. Microsoft training content includes courseware, video, and other training materials developed by Microsoft. All training using Microsoft official content must be delivered by a qualified Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) in good standing. Official Microsoft content may only be recorded and delivered by MCTs operating through an authorized TSP. Unofficial or non-Microsoft training content may be recorded and delivered independently by an MCT without TSP affiliation. Partner Responsibilities and Content Governance TSPs are responsible for ensuring that all recorded training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned to the latest Microsoft courseware and product updates. Microsoft will be reviewing TSP-produced content at the company’s discretion and may require the removal or discontinuation of recorded content that is determined to be outdated, misaligned with current learning objectives, or no longer representative of Microsoft technologies or guidance. KPI Eligibility Recorded training content, including on-demand or pre-recorded offerings, is not eligible for Training Services Partner Program Key Performance Indicator (KPI) credit. KPI attainment remains tied to live, instructor-led delivery that meets established program requirements for quality, interactivity, and learner validation. Privacy Compliance All recording, distribution, and commercialization of training content must comply with applicable privacy laws, contractual obligations, and Microsoft intellectual property policies. TSPs are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from learners and MCTs participating in the recordings and ensuring lawful use and distribution of all recorded materials.CSP Transactional TTM Revenue Not Loading for Indirect Reseller - Anyone Else Seeing This?
Hello everyone, We are a Microsoft CSP Indirect Reseller and have been actively transacting through our distributor for more than two years. In the past, including during a Microsoft support review in December 2025, we regularly used the "Partner Global - CSP Transactional TTM Revenue" metric in Partner Center to monitor our CSP performance and eligibility requirements. At that time, the data loaded correctly and was fully visible to our Global Admin account. Recently, the report stopped loading completely. The widget appears, but the CSP Transactional TTM Revenue value never loads. The issue occurs across multiple browsers and devices, so it does not appear to be a local browser or cache problem. The affected report is: Insights > Cloud Product Performance > Subscriptions Reference documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/insights/analyze-subscriptions-licenses?utm_source=chatgpt.com I opened a support ticket and received a response stating that my account does not have the required permissions and that I should contact my distributor. However, this explanation does not seem consistent because: The same account previously had access to this metric. We can access all other Insights reports normally. Under Account Settings > My Access, access to the relevant workspaces is granted. We are an active CSP Indirect Reseller with paying customers and active subscriptions. My questions are: Has Microsoft changed the visibility or permission model for CSP Transactional TTM Revenue recently? Is this metric still available for CSP Indirect Resellers, or is it now restricted to certain partner types? Is anyone else experiencing the same issue where the widget appears but never loads the revenue data? Has anyone received official communication regarding changes to this report? Any feedback or confirmation from other CSP partners would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.SolvedFY27 MCT Newsletter Thread
