Country India missed from Drop down.JPG

I tried to create Microsoft 365 developer account from India, but there was no option populated to select country "India (+91)" while verifying mobile numbers. so In fact all Indian developers can't create M365 developer account right now and this has been disappointing us. Could you please make the country India (+91) available on the drop down list, while verifying mobile number. so that we can create M365 developer account. kindly treat this on high priority and assist us. Thank you in advance!

Today I can see India option was enabled from Microsoft but still some issues persisting and unable to verify any mobile numbers from India.

We're sorry to hear that you are having issues joining the developer program.

We recently had some service issues and many countries were temporarily blocked from joining. This issue has resolved and India (and other countries) should be available again.

While you can still join the developer program, access to the free Microsoft 365 E5 subscription is currently paused worldwide for the short-term while we adjust the qualifications for that benefit. We're aware of how painful this is for our global developer community and we are working diligently to restore all services.
