My organization would benefit greatly from an Outlook API to obtain a list of Contact Groups for an Outlook user account, as well as the ability to query Contact info (including email addresses) using the IDs of those Contact Groups. This could likely function similarly for an end user to the way that the existing Contact folder API works, where you can get a list of Contact folders and then query user Contact info using a Contact folder ID.
