Using List Appointments its currently not possible to get a filtered list of appointments when using application permissions. This means we have to fetch all appointments even though we don't need all appointments.
It would be useful to filter appointments to a date range (i.e. only appointments between a start datetime and an end datetime).
Also as appointments are returned for the entire booking business, it would be useful to be able to specify just a single Service Id to only return appointments for that service instead of appointments for all services in that Booking Business.
