My team members installed Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for each PC (Windows / Mac ).
I can see most devices on the page 'Device inventory' in Microsoft Defender Security Center https://securitycenter.windows.com/machines.
But some PCs have the same device name such as "Windows 10" or "MacBook-Pro" and also "Logged on users" the username does not appear. As a result, it is not possible to determine which PC is being used by whom. The Device Inventory does not show the serial number of the device, so I have no other way to distinguish between them.
Do I have to buy MS Intune license to distinguish them?
Is there any way to identify each PC ?
