We currently use GSuite and would like to migrate to o365.
We do not have an on-prem domain, but do have AAD setup with all of our users already assigned E3 licenses.
I tried to follow this guide: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/Exchange/mailbox-migration/perform-g-suite-migration
But have run into a problem as it wants me to provision all of my users as a MailUser. I cannot do this as they already exist (the email address is taken).
Is there anyway to migrate to existing user accounts?
