Where can i find the scale out instances in Azure Portla ?

Where can i find the scale out instances in Azure Portla ?

I have configured an App Service to Scale Out (Manual Scale) to 5 instances.

I assume when i save this , would those instances be created in Azure ?  and how can i find the traffic that ran on each instances ?
