We have an application served via Microsoft RemoteApp that has a report that renders to be printed on #10 envelopes. Printing on envelopes works properly for users that have Windows PCs, but when our users that have MacOS computers using Microsoft Remote Desktop for MacOS try to print, the print job comes out on Letter size instead of Envelope #10.
On a Mac, from the print dialog of the hosted application, if the user goes into Printing Preferences > Advanced for the printer that is selected, the window title is "MS Publisher Imagesetter Advanced Options", and Envelope #10 does not appear as an option in the Paper Size list.
Is "MS Publisher Imagesetter" the driver on the session host that is used when printing to generic printers on Mac clients? Could it be made to support Envelope #10 paper size? Or is there some way the Remote Desktop for MacOS client can be made to notify the RemoteApp session that Envelope #10 is an available paper size?
