Since version 10.7.4 or 10.7.5 whenever our macOS users try to connect to a server behind our load-balanced RD Gateway the connection fails and caused the account to be locked out on the host server.  The error message indicates the account is locked because of too many login or password change attempts.  If we use the Windows or iOS RDP clients everything connects fine.
