My first question is
1. Will managed identity service connection in dev-ops work with Hosted agent ?
2. Can I implement dev-ops with out PowerShell using either self-hosted agent as linux/windows
3.If no powershell then how to implement CI/CD for azure resources.
4. When i use self-hosted windows agent using managed identity connection while deploying ARM template to ADF getting below error "Failed to check the resource group status error: failed to fetch the access token for managed identity , configure MSI for VM status code 403 "
kindly help me on these.
