Welcome to another Azure Content Spotlight! These articles are used to highlight items in Azure that could be more visible to the Azure community.
This week's content spotlight highlights more essential resources for architects and technical leads. The Microsoft cloud IT architecture resources is a collection of tools and posters to provide information on Azure components including Microsoft's Enterprise Roadmap guide. The roadmap is a great way to gain an overview of Microsoft's cloud solutions and a strategy for cloud adoption. Included in the roadmap is a poster summarizing the Azure platforms (Saas, Paas, Iaas and private cloud), hybrid architecture, and several option scenarios for working with Office365, Sharepoint and other Microsoft technologies related to the cloud. Throughout the roadmap are links to other resources like the Enterprise Cloud Strategy document, the Microsoft Architecture Blueprints and Cloud Design Patterns .
Included on the resources page are the Microsoft Cloud for Enterprise Architects Series and Office 365 Enterprise Solution Series . These are a collection of posters providing guidance on different aspects of the Microsoft cloud architecture. For example, there is a poster providing a synopsis of how Azure AD could be used within organizations or as the page puts it What IT architects need to know about designing identity for organizations using Microsoft cloud services and platforms.
