Nina Harding CVP Global Partner Solutions, Microsoft Nina Harding is the Corporate Vice President of Global Partner Solutions in the US for Microsoft. Nina and her organization are responsible for empowering partners to unlock more for our customers- more agility, more efficiency, more innovation, more of whatever their goals are. They are transforming our US partner ecosystem into a strategic asset to drive digital transformation.
Microsoft’s US Partner business includes strategy, management, partner sales, and overall partner ecosystem health. To maximize the benefits our mutual customers realize from their investments in technology, the team works with US partners to develop strong practices aligned to Microsoft’s workload and industry priorities. The organization is comprised of Partner Management, Channel Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM), and partner-facing Technical Specialists and Architects.
A 25+ year veteran in the technology industry, Nina has extensive experience working with partners. Prior to joining Microsoft, she was the Chief of Global Partner Strategy & Programs for Google Cloud, leading a worldwide organization that drove Google Cloud’s partner strategy and program across the ecosystem of all partners that sold, serviced, and built with Google Cloud. She also spent 13 years at SAP as Vice President of Global Business Development and Sales Program building SAP PartnerEdge for their expanding partner ecosystem. Previously, she held partner and customer leadership roles at Cacheon and Oracle. She earned her BA at Dartmouth College and MBA from Kellogg. She resides in Palm Beach, Florida with her family. |
