I'm in the process of moving our On-Premise SharePoint to O365. We have a proposal center and I'm curious what is the best solution on O365, would it be a Group/Team site or a classic Site collection?
Thanks
Kim

@adam deltinger The current site has subsites for each opportunity and pulls information from CRM.

@Kim Williams Almost certain that Microsoft Teams is the right solution, it's the new 'Hub for Teamwork' that unifies all of the functionality of Office 365. SharePoint is one of the components that Teams as it's location to store documents.
In terms of your proposals requirements I think @adam deltinger is trying to get to an understanding to help define how you would best structure your use of Teams. I would typically imagine that you would have a separate Team per proposal, rather than just one big Team. You can still have an overall Team for all your users engaged in proposals. The product works really well where users are in multiple teams of different scopes.

@adam deltinger The CRM is Deltek. We just do a query in the DB and display the CRM Opportunities in a Webpart on SharePoint.
