Used Memory Percentage Windows

Hi, 

Can some one share the  query for Used Memory Percentage for a Windows Machine. Any particular performance counters we can enable to achieve this.

Maybe start with the final query in the thread below, you also need to add, counters for

"% Committed Bytes In Use" 

"Available MBytes"
