- jentrup491Brass ContributorHow can we audit OneDrive data shared with everyone? We need to find this data and remove sharing before we can allow wider Copilot usage.

Are you talking about the "Everyone except external users" permission?- jentrup491Brass ContributorRight. We have users over the years who were choosing Everyone except external users when sharing. We have since prevented that level of sharing, but the data that has already been shared is still available and sometimes appears in users searches so Copilot would expose the data even more. How can we find this data so we can remediate it?
- rickyolmsteadCopper Contributorafter 15min, I can finally comment. can we go back to Teams?
- JadeB1000Brass ContributorThe YouTube experience is really awkward.
- NilssonnCopper ContributorPlease add admin/default (tenant-wide) link expiration settings fir all links with an exception process. Also please add expiration of direct user access as well

Definitely hear the desire here! Nothing to share yet but this is absolutely something we are thinking about!
- Norman RosenthalCopper ContributorI have a client who is requesteing a way to Free Up Space with OneDrive on a schedule as they run out of space on there hard drive and users are not smart enough so it would be great if there was a way to set it on a schedule
- rickyolmsteadCopper Contributoruse Storage Sense GPO. It uses Windows Storage Sense to kick back documents to be "Online Only" as long as they did not right click and select "Always Keep on this Device". We have ours set to 1 Day

Are the machines the client managing physical machines or in a virtualized environment? If they are physical machines, they can try out the storage sense policy: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/mdm/policy-csp-storage#configstoragesensecloudcontentdehydrationthreshold. If not, freeing up space can also be scripted with the Files On-Demand attributes https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/files-on-demand-windows.- Norman RosenthalCopper Contributorno they are standalone machines
- There are some Group Policies for that. You have to look for Storage Sense, ther is a policy, which works a bit diffrent. But it contiously deHyrate Files after a specifiq time This GPO has the name : Configure Storage Sense Cloud Content dehydration Thhreshold
- steveqlaneBrass ContributorQ - I administratively work with customers where I add myself as a site collection administrator for their OneDrive. When I go to their OneDrive URL, I have the option to sync to OneDrive but not create a shortcut. I LOVE shortcuts. Am I missing something or is sync the only option in this scenario? Thanks!
- Marval789Copper ContributorI have the option to 'Add shortcut to My files' for individual folders in the customer OneDrive (but only see 'Sync' for the whole customer OneDrive)
- Do you still sync from this Library? You can only have one sync methode
- steveqlaneBrass ContributorHi Hans - I only sync from the library. Creating a shortcut is not an option. I would use a shortcut instead of syncing if it was an option.

Thanks for sharing this scenario, Steve! I haven't heard about this scenario before and will need to follow up on the shortcuts part. I'm curious if you stay as the site collection administrator long term for users or temporarily to solve an issue?- steveqlaneBrass ContributorHi Gaia, Very temporary to solve an issue or help with a file migration. - csjmsCopper ContributorWill Sync Health Dashboard be improved? It only updates once a month which is not at all useful when rolling out OneDrive, especially KFM (which we are in the middle of), being able to see which users failed and which worked would be very helpful during this process. As it is now, we have to reach out to each user to see if there are any issues, which is very labor intensive. Resolving the Sync Health dashboard so it refreshes more often would be the best solution to this.

The main focus for the team has been launching the public preview for the ability to export the data: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-graph-data-connect-for/step-by-step-onedrive-sync-health/ba-p/4184982. We definitely want to make the reports better. In terms of when the report is refreshed, it is not once a month. Curious if there is any documentation that gave you that impression. Machines send every ~36 hours, or ~1 hour after the app starts up.- csjmsCopper ContributorMicrosoft Rep directly told me it only refreshed once a month (he thought on the 7th).
- nomaddmhCopper ContributorExtremely disappointing if you ditched the interactive teams calls - that was the main reason I joined. Not just to hear about the latest and greatest, but to engage with the team and provide feedback on UI changes, functionality, etc. If anyone from MSFT is on here, please bring back the old meetings!
- Joshua_ZelvyIron ContributorAdditionally, this is a very public forum versus the semi-private meeting chat. Its also harder to track ask and track questions during the call

Definitely appreciate the feedback here, but rest assured we have the team on the call and answering questions here in the chat as well! We crave that same engagement with you too!- nomaddmhCopper ContributorTry hosting with Teams Webinar? One of the biggest "perks" of the previous style was that we had opportunity for direct Q&A (e.g. actually speaking with product team and asking verbal questions), rather than just comments in a thread on a webpage. Here it is a lot harder for people to comment on others' posts and to offer help, and it doesn't feel as connected to others. This just feels like a generic "presentation" now. On GOOGLE Youtube no-less.
- Alexander_ZoutenbierCopper ContributorWhy MS changed this call to Youtube instead of their own Teams?
- Joshua_ZelvyIron Contributor
What is the maximum file size that CoPilot in OneDrive can handle, or maximum size when handling multiple files.
- OllimenzelCopper ContributorWill OneDrive Copilot also coming to Copilot Pro?!

Microsoft
Hi Oliver, thank you for your question! To ensure I am understanding your question right - are you asking about OneDrive coming for personal use/ MSA accounts?
