Will Sync Health Dashboard be improved?
It only updates once a month which is not at all useful when rolling out OneDrive, especially KFM (which we are in the middle of), being able to see which users failed and which worked would be very helpful during this process. As it is now, we have to reach out to each user to see if there are any issues, which is very labor intensive.
Resolving the Sync Health dashboard so it refreshes more often would be the best solution to this.

Aug 21, 2024The main focus for the team has been launching the public preview for the ability to export the data: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-graph-data-connect-for/step-by-step-onedrive-sync-health/ba-p/4184982. We definitely want to make the reports better. In terms of when the report is refreshed, it is not once a month. Curious if there is any documentation that gave you that impression. Machines send every ~36 hours, or ~1 hour after the app starts up.
- csjmsAug 21, 2024Copper ContributorMicrosoft Rep directly told me it only refreshed once a month (he thought on the 7th).

- csjmsAug 21, 2024Copper ContributorThe MS Rep that told me this was trying to assist us with KFM, and mentioned on a call that it was only refreshed once a month (of course this was after we had already been trying to use it).
