Q - I administratively work with customers where I add myself as a site collection administrator for their OneDrive. When I go to their OneDrive URL, I have the option to sync to OneDrive but not create a shortcut. I LOVE shortcuts. Am I missing something or is sync the only option in this scenario? Thanks!

Thanks for sharing this scenario, Steve! I haven't heard about this scenario before and will need to follow up on the shortcuts part. I'm curious if you stay as the site collection administrator long term for users or temporarily to solve an issue?

    Hi Gaia, Very temporary to solve an issue or help with a file migration. Steve
