Q - I administratively work with customers where I add myself as a site collection administrator for their OneDrive. When I go to their OneDrive URL, I have the option to sync to OneDrive but not create a shortcut. I LOVE shortcuts. Am I missing something or is sync the only option in this scenario? Thanks!
- I have the option to 'Add shortcut to My files' for individual folders in the customer OneDrive (but only see 'Sync' for the whole customer OneDrive)
- Do you still sync from this Library? You can only have one sync methode
- Hi Hans - I only sync from the library. Creating a shortcut is not an option. I would use a shortcut instead of syncing if it was an option.

Thanks for sharing this scenario, Steve! I haven't heard about this scenario before and will need to follow up on the shortcuts part.
