Right. We have users over the years who were choosing Everyone except external users when sharing. We have since prevented that level of sharing, but the data that has already been shared is still available and sometimes appears in users searches so Copilot would expose the data even more. How can we find this data so we can remediate it?
- StephenRiceCheck out the Microsoft SharePoint Data Access Governance reports! They have a report that looks specifically at the EEEU claim to help folks manage it. You can also explore the permissions dataset in Microsoft Graph Data Connect.
