Q - I administratively work with customers where I add myself as a site collection administrator for their OneDrive. When I go to their OneDrive URL, I have the option to sync to OneDrive but not create a shortcut. I LOVE shortcuts. Am I missing something or is sync the only option in this scenario? Thanks!

I have the option to 'Add shortcut to My files' for individual folders in the customer OneDrive (but only see 'Sync' for the whole customer OneDrive)
