How to resolve Quick--B00ks Error Code 15215

Hello everyone,

I've recently encountered Quick--B00ks Error code 15215 while trying to update Quick--B00ks. This error seems to be causing issues with the update process, and I'm unsure how to proceed. Can anyone provide guidance on how to fix Quick--B00ks Error code 15215? Any advice or step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated!

    To resolve Quick--B00ks Error Code 15215:

    1. Run as Administrator: Right-click the Quick--B00ks icon and select "Run as Administrator".
    2. Verify Internet Explorer Settings: Ensure SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are checked, and TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 are unchecked in Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab.
    3. Restart in Selective Startup: Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and select "Selective startup". Uncheck "Load startup items" and restart your computer.
    4. Check Firewall/Antivirus: Ensure Quick--B00ks is not being blocked by your firewall or antivirus.
