To resolve Quick--B00ks Error Code 15215:
- Run as Administrator: Right-click the Quick--B00ks icon and select "Run as Administrator".
- Verify Internet Explorer Settings: Ensure SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are checked, and TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 are unchecked in Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab.
- Restart in Selective Startup: Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and select "Selective startup". Uncheck "Load startup items" and restart your computer.
- Check Firewall/Antivirus: Ensure Quick--B00ks is not being blocked by your firewall or antivirus.
