AB21805 you cold use the Quick Links web part in a modern SharePoint page and set the layout of the web part to grid.

Thank you! How do I get rid of the quick links title?

  AB21805 If you don't type anything in the title then when you publish the page the title will be blank - it won't say Quick Links. You can see that in the image I postede before. If you do type a title then that text will be displayed.

    Also is there a way to get more than 4 quick links on a row? I need 7 so i can replicate the classic tiles
