Seller verification Rejected at Employment step — no email received, no appeal (ID 94611890)

Our Partner (MAICPP) verification completed successfully on 31 Aug 2026 — contact, identity (Verified ID) and business all Verified (Partner ID 7113511, DIGITAL QAZAQSTAN LTD, UK company no. 17178943).

The Developer/seller verification for the same legal entity (Seller ID 94611890) is closed as "Rejected — no appeals available", stuck at "Employment Verification — Pending Partner Action" with an estimated date of 06.09.2026 still showing. No verification email or action request was ever received at the primary contact (monitored, junk folder included), and the closed page shows no Fix now / appeal / upload control.

Root cause we identified: the seller profile contained an outdated registered address. It has been corrected and now matches Companies House exactly (Office 393, Unit 5, 399-405 Oxford Street, Mayfair, London W1C 2BU). Business verification documents show "Provided".

A fully prepared transactable professional service offer is blocked from publication only by this verification. Could a Community Manager please escalate this to the Partner Vetting team to reopen or reinitiate the seller verification?

  • One more thing, as a partner and as a full stack engineer, because this needs to be said.

I have spent the past week doing quests instead of business. Two separate verification systems for one legal entity that do not see each other. A verification page that says an action is pending from me while no request was ever delivered to me. A closed application with a date in the future still printed on it. Support entry points that lead to dropdown mazes with no matching category, an AI assistant that answers with links back to the pages that are broken, and a no-sign-in form that fails on the final submit. Every one of these steps carries real cognitive load, in a foreign interface, across dozens of screens, with no single person accountable on the other side.

I run an education platform. I build training precisely for people who find this kind of complexity overwhelming, and I can state professionally: this onboarding is not passable for a normal founder. I only got this far because I document every screen and refuse to give up.

I did not come here for a badge. I came as a working partner: verified UK company, real product built on Azure, a transactable offer ready to generate revenue for both sides. Partnership for me means honest work in both directions. If the partner experience is a maze that even a determined engineer can barely cross, then the partnership is decorative, and I have no need for a decorative one.

I am still here, the offer is still ready, and I would still prefer to launch it with Microsoft. But respect for a partner's time is the minimum. Fix the process, not just my case.

  • Jill, we followed your instructions exactly. The result:

    1. The no-sign-in support form fails on submit with "There was a problem submitting your request, try again". Tried repeatedly, including from a different device.

    2. The in-portal support flow does not contain a matching category and previously errored as well.

    3. The verification page itself is closed, with no fix, appeal or upload option.

So there is currently no functioning channel through which we can even ask Microsoft to review the case described in my first post. All company details and the full history are there above.

We are a verified UK company with a fully prepared transactable Azure professional service offer, blocked for over a week purely by process failures. We build on Azure and we brought Microsoft a revenue generating listing. Instead of publishing it we are spending days fighting broken forms.

Please escalate this to the Partner Vetting team using the Seller ID from my first post, because a support ticket cannot be logged while the ticketing itself is failing. If this cannot be resolved we will publish on other cloud marketplaces first and deprioritize the Microsoft channel. We would prefer not to, but there is a limit.

Unfortunately, I don't have any connection to support as this is not a support forum. You must submit a ticket to get to their help.

Please try using a different browser, clearing your cache/cookies or an incognito window in the browser. I hope that helps!!
