Phishing emails

Hi all, 

wondering if anyone can help! We have been receiving lots of spam all containing: (from another member of staff/student)

this also contains a subject that is related to something that has been sent to the person receiving this spam before on a genuine email. 

How can this be completely blocked? 

Please help!
