Teams update has stopped 3rd party application from being able to read teams telephony stats

Hey everyone,

I am having this issue with teams update: We have 3rd party web application, Clobba, which reads the stats of Teams telephony calls and produces dashboards for various teams. Since last week Clobba is not showing any stats for the calls. Clobba have said that this is due to an update in Microsoft teams, there's no queue information on the source data. Would anyone be able to help with this? Thanks

  • Well, maybe Clobba is right and Microsoft has changed something in the backend that is affecting how their product work but in the same way the have to update the product to adapt to that change...the other way around is not going to work. In summary, this issue has to be solved by Clobba
