Teams Telephony on Citrix
A customer is keen to implement Teams Telephony but are using a Citrix infrastructure. What are the key things that need to be addressed when using teams for UC via a citrix/virtual desktop infrastructure. can anyone provide any links to docs that may provide any guidance. I have not yet dealt with azure virtual desktop/citrix when implementing Teams so any help or experiences with this would be gratefully received.

When you say Teams for UC, do you mean Teams as your Phone system / PSTN?
You have various PSTN connectivity options for teams https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams-blog/microsoft-teams-phone-gives-you-pstn-connectivity-choice/ba-p/3767571
And all of them should work and are not at all impacted by the different ways your users may connect to teams. (ex. Citrix, mobile app, desktop)
