Teams new member not able to access files of the existing channel
Q1: i have been using Microsoft teams for a while and everything is great , i also started to add members each month accordingly and they were able to see and check all existing files that were done and uploaded before.
Today, i added a new member to the same channels but unfortunately he could not access the existing files. It says that "this item might not exist or is no longer available " - please try again or refresh the page ".
Please can anyone assist ?
- The Teams service is having issues right now! Wait a bit and it will hopefully sort itself out!
In the meantime, make him owner and then back to member and see if that works!
Adam- Already tired to make him owner , didn't work
any other suggestions ?
