Team report heading meanings

Hi All, 

With the attendance report for meetings only being able to be ran during a meeting, we want some way of monitoring the students. There is a way to export a report from admin centre on user activity, one of the heads of this report is meeting count. 

What does this actually mean? Does it mean how many meetings that person has attended? When running this it seems like some students that have actually attended a meeting, it hasn't registered here and still has 0 next to their name.
