Team Channel Post Order Concern

We are having the same problem - we use a Teams Channel to triage and share out daily support calls, but often need to comment on previous threads over a few days or weeks to follow up. This means newer posts are being missed, as follow up comments are pushing older threads to the bottom. We desperately need an option to turn this off and keep posts in the order they were posted, regardless of recent comment activity. Pinning today's thread has no effect; a comment on yesterday's will still shift the pinned post.
