Tasks App available but not an option in a Teams chat

Hi all! The new Tasks app is available in our MS Teams tenant, but it looks like it's still not possible to create a task from a Teams chat, as in the image below. (Source: How to Create Microsoft To Do tasks from messages on Microsoft Teams)

When I go to a Teams chat where someone has @mentioned me and assigned a task, click on the three dots (...), and then More Actions, I can see that other apps are listed there, but Tasks is not. Is this related to an app setting policy? Or it is because the new app experience has not yet been fully rolled out? The Teams chat integration would be a really nice feature!
