Students cant access Teams
Hi there
I am trying to get the students logged onto TEAMS but the students on login keeping being shown this:
The Teams license is enabled for this user see below:
But still we see the above user what am i doing wrong>

- Does the signed in user match the correct Teams org? Also when was license assigned? Adam
Sorry I don't really understand the question
according to our 365 admin centre the user I have illustrated, has got an A1 student licence and within that the teams option is ticked???
- Where you blurred out “signed in as” is this account here the correct one? (Same organization (domain) as yours for example)
