Setting extension number in teams using local active directory.

Hi Tech,

 

Please I am currently setting up Auto-attendant for a client using extension number. the Auto attendant was successfully set up, but having issue with setting uo the extension number for the operator. The client is on local AD. 

Action Taken with no results:

  1. Using M365 admin center was not possible because he is running on local AD. 
  2. Ran the following power shell commands Set-MsolUser -UserPrincipalName samraji@gordons.cf -Phonenumber "+44 ** **** ****;ext=****" N(ote: The command was successfully used for cloud only.)
  4. Tried using the Local AD to set it up manually.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue.
