Randomly getting opt-out / opt-in in a CallQueue
Dear All,
Once again one of my customers is experiencing something no other words can describe but: magical.
Set-up:
- CallQueue "CQ1"
- Call answering: "Team1" (with 8 people in it)
- Conference mode: on
- Routing: attendant and not precence-based
- Users can opt out of taking calls
2 out of the 8 persons in Team1 is experiencing that they are randomly getting opt-out or opt-in during the day.
Already deleted the cache, re-installed teams (newest versions) but this unwanted magical thingy is still occurring multiple times a day.
Anyone else having or had this symptoms? Can't figure out what to do next.
Thanks for you thoughts and time!
Benjamin

Are there any updates on this topic? I think we're in the same situation.

When this occurred, did the agent opt in/out through the Teams channel or through the Teams User Call settings? I'm finding that opting in/out through the Teams User Call setting is a near real-time event where the Teams channel could take up to a minute as stated in the settings.
Take calls from the queue
Turn on to start receiving calls
Others in the queue will see when you're taking calls or not. (It might take a minute for them to see your status change.)

Experiencing this with a couple users ourselves with similar symptoms in two different call queues (completely separate of each other). Other users are not complaining of this.

Greetings,
Has there been any progress on this matter?

We are also getting the same issue for one user so far today. When they opt in they are automatically opted out withing seconds.

Our org is experiencing the same issue. Agents will opt in, then they'll change screens and are magically opted out. Happens daily with no explanation. Uninstall/reinstall, clear cache, reboot, complete re-image of the system makes no difference.

Just had reported exactly the same experience by one of our users. Has there been any progress on this matter?
