callqueue
3 TopicsRandomly getting opt-out / opt-in in a CallQueue
Dear All, Once again one of my customers is experiencing something no other words can describe but: magical. Set-up: CallQueue "CQ1" Call answering: "Team1" (with 8 people in it) Conference mode: on Routing: attendant and not precence-based Users can opt out of taking calls 2 out of the 8 persons in Team1 is experiencing that they are randomly getting opt-out or opt-in during the day. Already deleted the cache, re-installed teams (newest versions) but this unwanted magical thingy is still occurring multiple times a day. Anyone else having or had this symptoms? Can't figure out what to do next. Thanks for you thoughts and time! Benjamin19Views0likes0CommentsMultilanguage greeting message for AutoAttendants and CallQueues
Dear all, Is there a trick to have more than 1 language in as a greeting message? What I do now is: AA_en-EN with an englisch greeting message, transfer the call to AA_nl-NL with a dutch greeting message -> transfer the call to the callqueue. It would be awesome if we can use a sort of shortcode in a single greeting message to create a multilanguage message in just 1 greeting message. Like: [en-EN] Welcome to Contoso.com, please hold the line [nl-NL] Welkom bij Contoso.com, een moment geduld alstublieft. Hi All, I think I have found a bug in O365 Ms teams Powershell/Admin centre where you cannot delete a call queue once attached a to private channel Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a Team 2. Create a private channel within that team 3. Using powershell New-CsCallQueue with paramsDistributionLists,ChannelId andChannelUserObjectId attach it to private channel created above (note you cannot do this via the Teams admin as the private channel doesn't show) Once created if you try to Remove-CsCallQueue it fails with error: You are not allowed to set callableChannel property. [channel_thread_id=19:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX@thread.skype, call_queue_id=, user_mri=8:orgid:XXXXXXXX-98ef-45e0-ab8e-XXXXXXXXX, status_code=Forbidden, reason_phrase=Forbidden] If you try and delete it via Teams Admin Centre it fails with 500 internal server error and in the network trace returns the same error. Things I have tried; - Teams Admin (same issue) - Global Admin (same issue) - Making my admin account an owner of the Team/Channel (same issue) The only thing I haven't tried is deleting the Team/Channel which I can't do as its being used. I raised a case to delete the call queue but MS having trouble deleting it as well4.2KViews1like3Comments
