I would be interested in seeing any updates posted here as well. We have a call queue setup the same way as the OP. I actually just opened up a case with MS support. So far we are only seeing this with a single call queue and small group of users.

Hey Ian, what version of Teams are you using? We haven't had that many further complaints about it but I am considering opening a case with MS just to see what they have to say. We're only seeing it with a few users (two) of them in a couple of call queues (One is our Help Desk).
