So far I know there is no shortcut to change the audio setting in Teams. available Shortcut in Teams are: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/keyboard-shortcuts-for-microsoft-teams-2e8e2a70-e8d8-4a19-949b-4c36dd5292d2
You can set the defaults in Menu(settings > Devices). I always use my headphone with Teams and switch default auto for speakers on my pc (Music).
