Hi OctoTech,
To achieve this setup, the most effective approach is to assign additional phone numbers to your Call Queue by creating extra resource accounts.
Each resource account can be associated with a unique outbound caller ID, allowing agents in the queue to make outbound calls using these specific numbers.
When placing a call, you can choose from multiple resource accounts, allowing you to select a different outbound caller ID for each call.
