How to prevent repost link to meeting
How can we prevent repost links to meetings? If I schedule (from ms teams or outlook) meeting for my colleagues, they can repost link to this meeting to others and this action allow others to invite this meeting without my knowledge.
is possible to prevent this?
Ondrej_Horky No, not an technical solution for this problem. But inform users why then shouldn't repost the invite. The organizer can just write in the invitation "Please don't share this meeting with others since we will discuss important secret stuff".

Hi,
You can in outlook untick the Allow forwarding option.
But since it is an URL in the meeting it is just to copy it and send that to someone. You have to setup who should be able to bypass the Lobby, if you setup so that only people in your organization can bypass the lobby for your meeting you can select who to admit into the meeting and who you should deny.

But if the uninvited people are in your organization it is harder to stop them.

I know option in outlook and option "who can bypass the Lobby". We have trouble with shared link in our company 😞 Everybody from company can bypass the Lobby and isn´t possible to change it.
Have you any sollution how can we stop repost invite in company?
