How to prevent repost link to meeting
- Mar 18, 2020
Ondrej_Horky No, not an technical solution for this problem. But inform users why then shouldn't repost the invite. The organizer can just write in the invitation "Please don't share this meeting with others since we will discuss important secret stuff".
Hi,
thanks for your answer.
I know option in outlook and option "who can bypass the Lobby". We have trouble with shared link in our company 😞 Everybody from company can bypass the Lobby and isn´t possible to change it.
Have you any sollution how can we stop repost invite in company?

The problem I see is that you will never be able to stop users from sharing the meeting information with join URL. Since it will always be able to copy it or write it down. It is like stopping users from printing a document, they will instead do a print screen and print that.
Setting permissions is not good either, since if you invite User A, User B and User C and then User B wants to join from a conference room, they have to be able to forward that invite to the conference room. Or if they dial in to the meeting, then they will be anonymous.
The best option is probably to be able to set who should be able to bypass the lobby. Me only or a couple of named persons.
