How to have more than one video chat at one time?

Further to the above inquiry, I am curious if the person in a breakout room knows when I’ve entered or left the room and went into the main room? One reason I don’t care for Zoom as an educator is that the students know when I’m not in their breakout room which creates issues. I’m hoping to be able to have breakout rooms that I can see them all in their respective rooms at the same time and that I don’t need to click into each separately. Or, if I do need to click into each separately, the student is not aware of my movements. Is this a possibility?
