How can we add participants to already scheduled meeting(recurring meeting) from powerapps or automa

Hi Friends,

I need to make an app which has a lot of buttons on screens. on each button click individual participants should get added to meeting call which is already a scheduled recurring meeting. However unable to make a call to participant from a scheduled meeting link. 

Is this requirement possible to make it to get participant added on scheduled teams call
