First call Team never with sound.

Hi everyone,

We have two of our users the problem they are facing is that whenever they make a first time call in Teams, the receiver will pick up the call but they can't hear the callers voice. When the caller now end the call and re-try again, then the receivers can now hear the caller. It is PSTN call (external). I need help on how to resolve this.
