Editing a shared document in Teams
I have a shared in Teams, but when I go to open the document using "Open in Desktop" it only provides me a "read only" and will not allow me to edit. Previously I was able to edit a document when in Teams or using the desktop version. Now whether it is a Word or PowerPoint document, I am only able to edit in Teams. Has anyone else came across this issue? If, Yes, how did you correct the issue?

What if you sync the document library in Teams to your local desktop and open the document via explorer?
