Dial to pbx

I have direct routing implemented and would like my Teams users to have the ability to enter 3 digit extensions to reach users that are on our PBX (asterisk).

This is my dialplan rule:

Pattern: ^(5\d{2})$

Translation: $1

This is my voice route:

Priority: 1

Pattern: ^(\+52[0-9]{10})$

If i call to 1xx it failed.

Do i need a teams translation rule?
