Consult then transfer function - set default consult option
Hi everyone, Is it possible to set the default consult option for the "consult then transfer" function? I want to set the default consult option to "Teams audio call" and not "Chat". Thank y...
The chat appearing when transferring a call on mobile is very confusing for the users, please Microsoft, give us the option to turn this off! Why would you set chat to be the prominent option to appear anyway? People are more likely to see the phone call rather than check a message.
